All custom order and special sales are final. There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders, unless there was a discrepancy in the design or production of the unit.
If you wish to make an approved return for exchange, you must return your item within 14 days of your purchase. You will be issued an RMA number. Ship the merchandise along with insurance for the value of the item and obtain your tracking number to prevent against lost or damaged shipments. Please contact us to get your RMA number
